2小六童溺水獲救　1清醒1命危

【高堂堯／南投報導】竹山鎮5名國小六年級男童今下午5時許，沒跟父母報備就相偕出門，到頂林新村東巷的一處野溪玩水，但陳姓、潘姓2童不慎溺水，引起其他同伴驚呼；旁人發現後緊急報案，消防隊5分鐘內趕抵現場，與熱心民眾合力將2童拉上岸邊，

消防隊員發現２童尚有脈搏，稍施口腔異物清除等動作後立刻送往竹山秀傳醫院急救，潘童幸運恢復意識，但陳童昏迷指數只有3，院方為求慎重建議心急如焚的家長轉院，目前2童已轉往彰化基督教醫院救治。
 
竹山消防分隊小隊長黃坤森指出，野溪本來就是水上安全的不定時炸彈，事發地點原本到秋冬就會慢慢乾涸，但日前斷續出現一些雨勢，蓄積水量形成一處深達2公尺暗流，小朋友不諳水性和地形，才會造成這起不幸，呼籲家長多加留意孩子假日活動行蹤和安全。
