見女友姊熟睡　男舔奶打手槍遭判14個月

【陳偉周／基隆報導】基隆市1名30歲林姓男子，去年底搬到交往6年女友家同居，林男發現女友的姊姊身材火辣。今年2月1日凌晨經過姊姊房間，見門沒關入內，趁她熟睡解開胸罩，撫摸雙峰逞慾。隔日姊姊醒來驚覺內衣扣被解開，懷疑遭猥褻，遂買錄影機準備逮狼。
 
今年2月24日，林男食髓知味故技重施，趁夜進入女友姊姊房間，跨坐在姊姊身上，先搓胸再大膽舔奶，最後看著姊姊打手槍。過程中姊姊驚醒尖叫報警抓人，並將監視錄影器畫面交由警方，警方訊後依妨害性自主移送林男。法院審理終結判林男1年2個月有期徒刑，得易科罰金42萬，全案仍可上訴。
