聽說被撞傷的阿婆似乎已經沒有辦法....要送回家了...而且家裡是老實人....可能不會太為難女駕駛... 不過倒是女駕駛自己爆料說他是下坡轉彎時回頭拿東西...沒有看見死者在路邊.....XD 這樣應該法院判更重吧..... 拜托開車會三心二意的人還是不要出來開車傷人好了....通常越到天候不好的時候,一堆技術不好的人都會出門...... 我真的覺得路考部份可以比例加重,考不過就重考... ----- Sent from JPTT on my Motorola MB511. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 101.11.231.14
