菲特颱風來亂　新竹國慶煙火宣布延期

煙火迷恐怕要失望了。中颱菲特來勢洶洶，氣象局在5日下午2時30分發布陸上颱風警報，為防風雨成災，新竹市政府緊急宣布，5日晚間之第2場國慶煙火須延期。

2013年國慶煙火系列活動「2013國慶焰火綻風城」，原定在5日晚間，於新竹市香山區施放，並在9月28日晚間在東區施放第1場煙火，作為國慶煙火之序幕。不過，5日這場卻碰上菲特颱風，煙火不得不延期，續辦時間則尚待官方網站發布進一步消息。

氣象局在5日下午2時30分，針對中颱菲特(Fitow)發布陸上颱風警報，而它目前正在台北正東方，基隆北海岸、北部及東北部山區有大豪雨或超大豪雨，中部山區有局部豪雨或大豪雨，中部以北、東北部、東部地區及南部山區有局部性大雨或豪雨。而氣象局預測，在5日晚間至6日全天，將是颱風影響最劇烈的時候。
