馬英九恐為共犯　北檢擬轉偵字案

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】檢察總長黃世銘在案件簽結前，2度向總統馬英九報告洩露偵查機密，馬再召集江宜樺、總統府前副秘書長羅智強密商，總統恐淪為共犯。為加速釐清該案，傳出該案將轉為偵字案。

司改會執行長林峯正指出，從簽結時間點來看，黃世銘違法事證明確，將監聽譯文轉交馬、江等人，也難逃罪責。

《自由時報》報導，全案目前為他字案，檢察官認為尚有疑點待釐清，將加快偵結腳步，因此轉為偵字案；初步比對證詞，發現馬英九及黃世銘2人證詞有些微落差，檢方考慮是否安排兩人同庭對質。
