各位前輩好 我是私大非本科畢,有幸拿到幾個offer,想請益哪個比較有發展性? 原PO是女生 公司 A B C 地點 走路 大眾運輸 大眾運輸 職務 駐點工程師 網路工程師 傳輸工程師 薪水 N+3k*14 N+3k*15 N+2k*14 工時 8:30~17:30 8:30~17:30 9:00-18:00 住所 租屋 租屋 租屋 福利 三節獎金, 每年確定會調薪 三節獎金 手機通訊補助 調薪幅度高 除年終有額外獎金1.X個月 三節獎金 外商 規模 中 小 中 A的工作內容較偏行政,發展性不高,但距離租屋處走路就會到,省下交通費 且駐點是正職,之後會回原公司,原公司產業是無線方面. B距離遠,每個月除了租屋費用還需多支出一仟多元的交通費 但每年會調薪15%以上,公司文化7X24服務,需簽約三年 C做電信傳輸,根據同行了解該公司非常操,電信業,但外商公司制度好 不需簽約,也是7X24服務 如果以各位前輩的眼光來看未來發展性,會選擇哪個呢？謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 60.248.163.30
