苗栗縣竹南鎮一名16歲少年酒後騎著家人機車外出，才到巷口就和另一輛機車擦撞，警方到場發現他無照又酒駕，訊後移送。

警方今天指出，這名16歲王姓高中生昨天傍晚騎乘家人的機車外出，在竹南鎮山佳里住家附近與另一輛51歲男子所騎機車發生擦撞，兩人雙雙倒地、手腳輕微擦傷。

警方獲報到場處理時，聞到王姓少年身上有股酒味，經實施酒測呼氣值為0.23毫克，且又無機車駕照，立即將他帶回警局偵辦。

少年向警方坦承，放學後在住家附近與同學聊天時，一起喝了1瓶啤酒，返家後不久又打算騎車外出找朋友，沒想到才剛騎出巷口，就發生意外。

少年家人事後以新台幣5000元與陳姓男子達成和解，但因少年無照騎車又酒駕肇事，警方訊後依少年事件處理法、公共危險罪嫌將他移送少年法庭審理。(中央社)
