反服貿公聽會草率　黃國昌諷張慶忠摩鐵王

【王家俊／台北報導】10多位學生代表上午在凱達格蘭大道舉行記者會，質疑立法院內政委員會召集委員、國民黨籍立委張慶忠下周排定3天8場兩岸服務貿協議定公聽會，企圖趕場過水，太過草率；前來聲援的中研院法律學研究所副研究員黃國昌說，張慶忠來自新北市中和泛藍鐵票區，不怕憲法133聯盟罷免，選民投張不是因為「汽車旅館大王封號，而是礦工子弟」，希望他不要只聽總統馬英九的話，拿公聽會開玩笑。

自稱來自台大、政大、清華、陽明等大學的「黑色島國青年陣線」成員提出三項訴求，包括馬總統、副總統吳敦義及行政院長江宜樺下台，停止趕場公聽、退回黑箱服貿，以及國會拒做毀憲幫兇、明確規範服貿談判程序。

記者會後，陳情學生拿著做成馬總統遺照模樣、寫著「知所進退、民弔九趴」的梯子，前往總統府側門陳情，由警衛組同仁接下，與一旁戒備憲警並未發生衝突。
