我用四個字回答你：『官逼民反』 對手都已經挖好洞給你跳了，而你也在洞裡了 當你正想要爬上來時，抬頭一看對手正在把土石往洞裡鏟 都火燒眉頭了，正當程序是先撥119再留在洞裡等候救援 請問你會不會照程序走呢 (笑) 程序正義? 老闆說加班費報太多了，人資搞一套複雜的報加班系統也是程序 老闆積欠工資不給，勞工養不了家上街頭，勞委會會告訴你先向地方政府勞工局申訴 ，必須經過調解委員會勞資溝通，也不能保證你能全額拿回，這也是程序 為什麼會有法律攻防這個字眼? 因為當你處與訴訟過程時，不是只有守法而已，是要懂得提出有利自己的論點來保護自己 法條、法理、判例、程序等等，只要可以讓法官採信，你勝訴的機會就大了些 至於正義? 最終贏的一方就可以大聲說，是吧? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 180.176.200.243
