府中樞紀孔典禮 王金平未出席

　總統府上午舉行102年中樞紀念大成至聖先師孔子誕辰典禮，這也是九月政爭以來，第一個「總統」與「立法院長」同台活動，但王金平上午並未現身。除王金平外，考試院長關中上午也缺席，府方則是安排國策顧問遞補兩人的座位。

　中樞紀念孔子誕辰典禮今邀請上銀科技董事長卓永財以「教育是產業競爭力的關鍵」為題，作專題報告，但尷尬的是，演講才剛開始，教育部長蔣偉寧就先行離席了。
