前身是北市少有的獨棟麥當勞

後來變成德安百貨 之後轉手成為日湖百貨後
現在成為雙湖匯 底下仍將有預留賣場空間
規劃兩棟29F 63 75 115 150坪大坪數住宅
但比起原本的規劃 矮了不少
但仍是今年內湖最大案
未來也將和旁邊潤泰的案子連成一氣
構築出後德安/日湖時代的新AIT商圈
