【黃國棟／台北報導】新台幣今天開盤以29.705元開出，小貶3.2分。面對美國的貨幣寬鬆政策（QE）將退場，使國際熱錢再度回流至新興亞洲國家，央行總裁彭淮南昨日在今年第三季的理監事會議的會後記者會提到，資金跑到東北亞的台灣跟南韓，使得外匯市場的美元供給增加，讓亞幣走升的情況表示很無奈。匯銀人士指出，近期新台幣也將力守29.5元的關卡，減緩熱錢湧入下大幅度推升新台幣。
