標題[請益] NP到台哥大預付卡花了$300不能打電話?

前兩天去辦NP進台哥大的預付卡 ($240中華說我沒綁約不用先繳) 所以我付了$300給台哥大 店員在給我的sim大卡片上也註明了"9/26開通 儲值$300" 等字樣 但我今天拿來打電話時才發現都撥不出去 剛剛打電話給188的客服 客服說我的紀錄上顯示儲值0元 所以不能打 我真的快昏了....臨時要撥打電話都不能用 客服說明天才能幫我跟辦NP那家直營確認, 且要等那家直營11點開門後才能處理....冏 真是火大啊！！！！ 請問 1.這種情形是正常的嗎??　我一直以為那$300就是所謂的"儲值"可拿來打電話的呀 2. 台灣大哥大的預付卡已儲值好的$300是純打電話用, 還是部份通話部分網路功能？ 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.239.100.30
