小弟最近開始接觸油電，有爬文做了些功課，
除了增長油電車知識，也讀到一些負面聲音，
其中有幾篇關於油電車主都是路隊長之類的留言，
當時心想這些人會不會太嚴苛了那是要開多快，

不過昨天我在陽金公路親身碰到了。

大概是接近晚上十一點左右，有輛嶄新的T牌P款油電車，
真的非常誇張的在逛大街，
下山路段，從加油站處開始遇到他出來，
全程幾乎以時速25公里(含以下)慢慢滑行，
我排在他後面第三輛，我後面還有好幾輛，大家通通踩著剎車陪他散步，
他悠閒的慢慢滑行，慢慢吟詩作對，賞風賞月賞秋香......

被困在後面的感覺實在非常差。
雖然只遇上這一例，
但不免心中升起「原來網路說的都是真的」的想法。

我也訂了is300h旗艦版，外白內黑，下個月中交車，
以後一定會小心注意這件事。

順便想請教板上的油電達人，
是真的有油電新車要慢慢開（到這麼慢？）這件事嗎？
