有鑑於糾紛案例發生，證交所表示，依規定，投資人電話委託下單須留存錄音紀錄，且目前尚未開放手機接單，若透過撥打營業員手機或以手機Whats App或Line等傳訊，營業員及證券商均將遭處分。

證交所指出，稽核部近期接獲投資人檢舉營業員未依照其電話指示買進股票的糾紛。

經派員前往券商瞭解，並調聽相關交易錄音內容發現，有部分電話委託未留存錄音紀錄。 對於此一案例，證交所表示，依目前相關規定，電話委託下單須留存錄音紀錄，且目前尚未開放營業員用手機接單，因而營業員及證券商均因違反相關規定而遭證交所處分。
