自製鋁箔觸控筆造成感應偏移？

最近媽媽迷上玩candy crush，因為螢幕有點小不太好操作，之前有給她一隻觸控筆(我買平板店家送的)
不過媽媽用的時候都很大力，所以觸控筆的頭有點破掉不太靈敏，在網上看到很多自製教學，覺得很有趣所以自己試做了一隻。

非常簡陋，好像很多人都會用導電海棉(?)不過家裡沒所以沒用
頭是枇杷潤喉糖的包裝紙，有塞一點點衛生紙讓它軟一點
裡面是竹筷
上面黏小時候做美勞剩的亮亮膠帶

可以使用，還用它在媽媽的手機(S3 mini)玩了2場candy crush...
但邊邊很難用到光滑平整，怕刮傷螢幕，所以只是實驗好玩的

結果過不久媽媽手機就出現觸控位移的問題(就是，按這邊，它感應旁邊)
媽媽說是因為我自製的觸控筆把手機弄壞的…

想請問各位，有可能嗎?原因又是如何？？
