王金平假處份案　法院通知王與國民黨說明

【劉志原／台北報導】遭國民黨撤銷黨籍的王金平，昨緊急提出假處分，台北地院合議庭，上午已電話通知王金平與國民黨就案件內容向法院進行說明，因雙方尚未回覆是要派人說明，還是以書狀回覆，因此合議庭尚未決定是否開庭調查，但因假處份案件依法不能公開審理，除非雙方當事人要求要公開，否則即便雙方均同意派人像合議庭說明，庭訊也將不公開。
