【綜合報導】檢察總長黃世銘夜奔總統官邸密報國會議長等4巨頭涉關說司法案，遭批淪為政治鬥爭打手，民進黨中常會昨決議要求黃世銘即刻停職，並將推動修法廢除特偵組。

民進黨昨召開中常會討論國民黨政爭引發憲政危機，會後民進黨發言人林俊憲表示：「中常會決議要求黃世銘應即刻停職接受調查有無濫權違法，而特偵組淪為打擊政敵的工具，已無存在價值，民進黨立院黨團也將推動修法廢除特偵組，以結束特務治國，維護國家憲政體制運作。」民間司改會也提濫權不追訴、洩密、偽造文書、侵犯監察權、假借刑案進行行政調查等5大疑點，呼籲黃世銘釋疑；檢察官林秀濤昨砲轟特偵組及黃世銘，指特偵組傳她作證時耍小手段，不但恫嚇她嚴重失職，還把冷氣開得超強，刻意營造肅殺氣氛，使她記錯並誤稱收判前被檢察長召見，又恐嚇她不可洩露消息，否則要辦洩密罪，不料總長當天竟向總統報告，「他（黃世銘）怎麼可以嚴以待人、寬以律己」、「我無語問蒼天。」
