【綜合報導】美國總統歐巴馬在昨日發表演說，表示解決敘利亞使用化武案，會優先採和平外交方式解決，但參議院議員今日表示，若歐巴馬找不到合適的外交解決方案，可能最快在下周對動武案進行表決。

原本參議院在本周就要進行表決，但決定等歐巴馬發表演說後，再決定表決進程。有議員表示，他們覺得繼續威脅動武，才能夠對敘利亞總統阿塞德形成壓力。
