幾歲去做卵子冷凍有差嗎？

之前才看到阿雅的新聞，說她35歲了還沒生，
她媽要他去做卵子冷凍。
感覺35歲好像也還好，還能生吧？
需要這麼早去做卵子冷凍嗎？
最近好像也越來越多較年輕的女生去做卵子冷凍（就我周圍的朋友來看），
其實我有點小困惑，卵子冷凍幾歲去做有差嗎？
一樣都是從體內取出卵子來冷凍，應該在更年期前取都取的到吧
提早做卵子冷凍有什麼意義呢？
