NCC：eTag不得干擾4G

國家通訊傳播委員會(NCC)的4G釋照競標仍進行中，其中900MHz的3個頻段區塊（B1~B3）未來釋出後，恐受國道計程電子收費系統(ETC服務系統eTag)頻段影響，NCC昨日決議，「4G（行動通訊服務）永遠有絕對優先權，ETC不得造成干擾。」NCC指出，此回4G釋照的頻段，是從900MHz到930MHz，目前除了既有業者包括亞太電信、中華電信、台灣大哥大及遠傳電信仍作為2G服務使用外，922~928MHz區段尚有經認證的低功率RFID業者使用。由於eTag亦採用RFID射頻技術，但使用的是非低功率的設備，「不排除會對4G造成某種程度的干擾。」

據國高速公路局提出的報告顯示，eTag的確可能在某些情況下干擾4G，但技術上是可以改善到可控制的範圍內。

虞孝成強調，在頻率使用及管理上，行動通訊為該頻段的主要服務，電子收費則是次要服務，NCC在核發給ETC頻率時也有明確的附帶條款，聲明ETC不能干擾LTE。
