法國下修經濟成長預估，赤字目標確定延緩2年實現

在英國經濟漸有起色的同時，僅一海之隔的法國卻依舊走得跌跌撞撞，法國財長Pierre Moscovici 11日預估2014年經濟成長率將為1.4%，低於之前預測的1.2%，至於今年則維持在0.1%不變。

路透社報導，受經濟展望看淡影響，法國預算赤字目標達成時間也將如之前與歐盟協議順延兩年。法國2013年對GDP占比預估將達4.1%，明年改善至3.6%，兩者分別高於先前預估的3.7%與2.9%。不過，至2016年時，赤字則有望降至歐盟要求的3%。法國將在9月25日公布2014會計年度預算案。

據德國媒體《Boersen-Zeitung》報導，歐洲央行(ECB)理事Joerg Asmussen指出，法國財政太過依賴重稅，但在刪減支出方面卻做得不夠，該國政府應加快改革的步伐。
