如何健康的增加體重?

男生183公分、63公斤

總覺得自己太瘦了,想要增加點肉,讓自己的體態好看一點

正常作息,且飲食也比之前增加許多,但總是胖不起來

不知道有什麼健康的方法可以增加體重嗎?

用體脂機測量的一些數據如下:
 身體總水重 45.5
 蛋白質重 12.2
 礦物質重 4
 脂肪重 1.9
 BMI 19
 PBF 3%
 WHR 0.75
 基礎代謝 1703
 需增加9.1公斤脂肪 0.9公斤肌肉

平常有在從事腳踏車、慢跑和排球運動,不知道該怎麼調整運動習慣、生活作息或飲食
