========================== 各位大大安安 小弟最近為了一件事情擔憂很久 事情是這樣的： 昨天跟同學騎機車去吃飯的時候 我這邊是綠燈 一個男的騎著機車(前面站著他莫約3歲的女兒，還沒有戴安全帽) 高速闖紅燈(絲毫不減速) 把我撞翻在地 非常幸運的我只有雙手多部位肌肉挫傷 那個闖紅的的爸爸左手骨折(小女孩破皮而已) 路口都沒有店家沒有監視器雙方也沒有行車紀錄器 對方一直堅持沒有闖紅燈 騎在我後面的兩個同學都可以證實我們這個方向是綠燈 請問： Q1：是對方闖紅燈肇事，但是對方的傷比我重，又有小孩在車上(馬路三寶) 會不會我的責任比例比他大啊!?
