NEW ONE送修回來了,維修服務不像想像中難搞阿

許多人都是修好幾次,不過小弟我只送修一次就拿回完美新機,是我運氣好吧?

由於小弟的NEW ONE收音麥克風發生收不到聲音的狀況(講話對方聽不到)

打電話去客服詢問,照客服說的方式去測試也沒好.就直接安排送修.客服態度也不錯

上禮拜六寄.本來星期一就已經修好(更換新機)寄回但是在物流公司躺了兩天,到今天才收到(桃園到台中)

機子沒紫光,沒縫,機身完美無菱角,喇叭聲音螢幕都沒問題

到府收件這我還蠻滿意的,或許HTC品管真的不是100%完美

不過維修服務我覺得是可以讚賞的
