hello ,各位前輩 最近被 software engineer 跟 pm 的薪資結構搞得一頭霧水 所以前來詢問, 希望不吝指教 ：） 原po本來是software engineer（軟體外商,待兩年),年薪約950k 今年因為職涯規劃的關係,離職,欲轉換跑道到pm 最近面試了兩家（台商電信,外商bios） 年薪開出來大概只剩 600k - 700k 囧囧囧囧 不過面試我的主管是跟我說 engineer的薪水就是從頭到尾都優渥,但是幅度不太大,就是穩穩的 pm,sales,marketing的薪水是很有爆發力,三五年後看好之類的 因為本身的職涯規劃就是走pm這塊, 前三年薪水少少的還可以忍受, 是說之後真的會有爆發力嗎？ 有前輩也有相關轉換跑道的經驗可以分享嗎？ 感謝！ ：） -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.160.249.12
