遭到法拍的建案是創意世家建設在二○一○年推出的預售建案「帝圖」。根據住展雜誌調查的個案資訊，該案基地七十一坪，為地上十一樓、地下三樓住宅，規劃一層一戶，共十戶，一戶面積約七十八坪，當時每坪開價七十萬元。

此案僅法拍建物 不含土地產權

不過，這件案例法拍項目僅有整棟建物，並不包含土地產權，根據地籍資料，地主是金興發資產管理。

寬頻房訊指出，此次士林地院法拍的物件僅有整棟建物，建物面積約八二六．四八坪，因此推測此案為合建案，即便如此，應該仍有投資業者感到興趣，先行拍下建物後，再與地主談買回條件或是買下土地所有權；但也不排除地主可能自行拍回建物產權。
