檢察官批：做壞事還不自知做壞事

高檢署檢察長陳守煌被指涉及關說，高檢署檢察官林秀濤在特偵組具結證詞指出：「我到他（檢察長）辦公室，當時沒有其他人在場聽到，他告訴我說，是柯建銘找他，我即將收到一個判決，柯建銘認為最好不要上訴。」

對此，陳守煌一再堅持清白，表示他從未指示林秀濤勿上訴柯案，只是和她溝通不要濫權上訴，並不是強迫關說；但一名基層檢察官不以為然，表示檢察長做了壞事還不知道在做壞事，令檢察體系蒙羞。

檢察官指出，在地檢署中，檢察長特別把檢察官叫到辦公室討論個案，依人之常情，一定會令檢察官認為中間必有玄機：「這個案子檢察長的意思是要上訴還是不上訴？」如果聽到「斟酌一下」、「再想看看」、「多考慮」等詞，就知道長官的意思是「不上訴」。
