台漁船越界捕魚?菲要開罰150萬

屏東籍漁船蔡田號遭菲律賓扣押，漁民蔡波打電話給妻子說，他遭到菲律賓不人道對待，經過外交部跟菲律賓交涉後，菲律賓依舊認為，是我方漁民越界捕魚，打算罰款五萬美金，也就是台幣一百五十萬元，消息傳回蔡家，妻子一臉憂愁，說希望菲律賓官方提出事証，再來開罰。

拿著香對神明虔誠祈求，蔡太太一臉憂心，不知丈夫何時才能平安回來，由於菲律賓官方初步調查，他的丈夫屏東籍漁民蔡波，四號開著膠筏去捕龍蝦，到巴丹省的小島距離岸邊只有四十公尺，認為是蔡波越界捕魚，可能會依法開罰超過台幣一百五十萬。

蔡太太心情宕到谷底，認為台菲重疊海域難釐清讓漁民無所適從，蔡太太說先生在睡夢中被菲律賓人員扣押，當時並沒有在捕魚，卻被拿槍抵頭還下跪四小時上手銬，直到媒體曝光外交部介入後，菲律賓方面才讓蔡波就醫，蔡太太也只能定時打電話，給丈夫安慰加油打氣，希望丈夫趕快平安回來。
