最近又開始迷惘了……該不該換工作了 原公司 txxx 新錄取公司texx 職稱 EE-工程師 CSE-副工程師 薪資 N+5 過適用期N 輪班 Y N 加班 假日加班費*2 責任制 平日責任制 目前的工作月休大概五天 含輪班加班可以衝到52-54K 但是目前想換的原因： 1.不喜歡on call跟輪大夜班 2.對EE興趣缺缺 3.平日大概都12小時左右 新工作 1.傳產:不加班，不輪班，週休 2.有興趣，並且可以出國出差練功 很迷惘，不知道如何決定 請版上大大可以給個意見 謝謝 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 111.253.41.167 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1410016694.A.CA0.html
