【綜合報導】我國漁民蔡波本周二在菲律賓巴丹群島附近捕魚，遭菲國拘留，但他有無入侵菲國領海，政府單位說法不一。而今日《法新社》公佈2張蔡波的照片，其中一張是蔡波躺在菲律賓一間醫院的畫面，照片中蔡波的狀況看似正常，還拿著手板寫字。

另一張照片則是蔡波被菲方指控「撈過界」所乘坐的膠筏。蔡波妻子施麗華表示，丈夫在廣大興案後，才第一次開膠筏到那麼遠的地方捕魚，沒想到竟遭菲國逮捕，希望政府趕緊救人。
