「胖達人天然」小S被查　若知情恐涉詐欺

【綜合報導】檢警偵辦パン（音同胖）達人麵包涉詐欺案，日前勘驗藝人小S在パン達人台中公益店站台影片，發現她公開宣傳麵包主打「天然酵粉」，近期將約談小S，查明當時是否知道所言與事實不符。

パン達人前負責人莊鴻銘，日前已被檢方依詐欺罪諭令100萬元交保，辦案人員研判，若小S知悉麵包非天然，還故意欺騙消費者，恐與莊同涉詐欺，可處5年以下徒刑，若不知情下代言不實，則可能違反《公平交易法》、《食品衛生管理法》，最重可罰2500萬元。

小S之前代言曾惹爭議，先是超の油切茶因廣告誇大，遭高雄市衛生局開3張罰單，稍後代言訊聯臍帶血銀行，又被公平交易委員會依廣告不實處40萬元罰鍰，代言出包已非首例。
