《小辭典》NOR快閃記憶體

快閃記憶體（Flash）分為編碼型（NOR）及儲存型（NAND）技術，皆為非揮發性記憶體，允許在一次程序操作中被多次讀寫，且電力消失後仍能保存記憶資料。

NOR Flash是1988年由英特爾（Intel）率先開發量產，特性是可以外部匯流排完全的處理讀取動作、傳輸效率較高，但寫入與抹除速度較慢；NAND Flash則具備高存儲密度，寫入和抹除的速度也快，在目前行動裝置市場掛帥下，NAND Flash需求與成長幅度較NOR Flash大。（記者洪友芳）
