歐洲經濟指標落底 布局歐地產股

【經濟日報記者簡威瑟／5日電】隨歐洲經濟相關指標落底後，市場對歐股的關注焦點也同步提升，除歐洲區域股票基金外，投信法人建議，歐洲地產股亦是投資人可留意著墨的產業基金。

分析師指出，地產股票經常成為直接市場的絕佳領先指標，股價通常領先反應房地產六至九個月後的價值。

亨德森遠見泛歐地產股票基金經理人Guy Barnard指出，地產股投資可視為介乎債券與股票之間的一個資產種類。相較於一般股票，地產股的波動性較低防禦性較高，且報酬多數源自收益率。地產公司在取得租約後，可確保租期內有穩定的收入來源，其性質與債券相似；但有別於傳統債券，房地產可在一定程度上抵禦通貨膨脹，租金通常也會隨著經濟增長及通膨上升而增加。
