磁磚表面如果太光滑,

有些防水漆是很容易脫落,

尤其是長時間泡水,

所以建議用彈性水泥打底,

再來用防水漆或防水隔熱漆,

建議先買1加侖裝的,

小面積塗刷,

等下大雨泡水過後看情形,

大面積施作失敗時,

清理可能比塗刷還累人,

不可不慎～

彈性水泥用鏝刀施工最好,

可以比較厚,

用滾筒刷會比較薄,

雙劑型的強度佳,

但是施工比較麻煩一點,

單液型則是開封就可以塗刷,

比較方便,

用指甲用力摳彈性水泥與防水漆,

你就會瞭解防水漆其實很薄,

在地面有人穿鞋子踩或踢是很容易產生破洞而造成防水失敗的.
