【黃仲瑜／新北報導】新北市1名婦人今天清晨6時許，前往板橋越提道上散步運動，不料發現1名女子手上拿著刀劃傷自己的手腕，婦人見狀連忙上去勸阻並且報警，所幸女子經過婦人的安撫後，打消了繼續自殘的念頭。隨後警消到場將女子送醫救治，結束了一場虛驚。
