詐領鐘點費 中央大學教官獲緩刑

中央大學四年前的軍訓室主任周姓教官，被控在學校辦理防災活動時，詐領兩名講師的六千四百元鐘點費，被台灣高等法院認定觸犯偽造文書、利用職務機會詐取財物等罪，遭判有期徒刑兩年，緩刑五年，而且要繳回詐得的鐘點費。全案可上訴。

判決書指出，民國99年11月底中央大學辦理年度「校園安全暨宿舍防災計晝」活動時，周姓教官排定兩名老師擔任課程講師，不過他沒有告訴兩名老師要擔任講師，只安排他們到場並參與桃園縣消防局的公益宣導活動，又在活動結束後偽造兩名老師的簽名，向學校請領授課鐘點費共計6400元，遭高等軍事法院判刑兩年、緩刑兩年。案件因軍事案件轉到普通法院，更審改由台灣高等法院審理。高院將他判刑兩年、緩刑五年，同時要繳回不法所得。
