何江忠神情緊張流手汗　范佐憲激動撇串供

【綜合報導】洪案獲交保的542旅前副旅長何江忠、前連長徐信正、前上士范佐憲原以20萬至30萬元交保，高軍檢不服提抗告；最高軍事法院抗告成功今晚7時開羈押庭。媒體報導開庭前何江忠在庭內神情緊張頻流手汗，范佐憲則激動撇串供。

《中天新聞》報導，何江忠在開庭前雙手一直在迷彩褲上擦，人別訊問完後就坐在被告席上低頭看卷證。報導指出，因為證人A先生指范佐憲等3人有串供，開庭前范佐憲激動向律師否認串供，強調7月初有聚集在一起，但沒有串證。律師則比手勢希望他平靜下來。
