今天土銀通知,房貸核准了.........

第一次買房,總價1200萬,預計向銀行貸八成,也就是960萬,今天土銀打來核貸830萬,分30年繳,一個月繳37500

說一下我的狀況,31歲未婚,年收入45萬,還有一個房租收入15000(家人留給我的),未提供保人,銀行存款約有50萬左右

大概6.7年前曾欠卡債,有跟銀行協商過,陸續在3.4年前都還清了

真的想不到這種條件也能貸怎麼多下來

順便請教一下,我自己算了一下,房貸利率是2.1%左右對嗎?

這樣算高嗎?
