國是會議？江揆：各管道蒐集意見

　民進黨前主席蔡英文今天舉行記者會，三天內第二度呼籲馬總統召開國是會議。行政院長江宜樺上午被問及對國是會議看法時表示，不太可能什麼問題都用國是會議解決，應可以用不同、適當管道，蒐集各界意見，凝聚共識，進行制度改革。
