軍中總體檢　蔡英文籲成立「特別委員會」

【張麗娜／台北報導】陸軍下士洪仲丘枉死案迄今21天，民進黨前主席蔡英文今與媒體茶敘時表示，這不只是個案，洪案反應出社會對政府的不信任，軍方管理制度仍停留在威權時代的思考，軍方心態沒因社會開放調整，在關切洪案同時，也應思考國家面臨最嚴重的信任危機要如何面對，「政府和軍隊如果得不到信賴，這個國家將不會是有效率、團結的國家」。

蔡也說，軍方需就軍中人權、文化、制度等進行總體檢，她呼籲立法院長王金平應召集各黨團成員，大家坐下來討論，協調立法院、行政部門以及民間三方，共同籌組「特別委員會」，大家共同檢討、檢視台灣國防。
