證券四合一 最快下月有眉目

（中央社記者吳靜君台北26日電）金管會主委曾銘宗表示，證券周邊單位四合一預計8、9月會提出具體方案；金管會以人事、辦公室、電腦資訊整合為3大方向。

金融監督管理委員會主委曾銘宗表示，推動證券周邊單位（證交所、櫃買中心、期交所、集保中心）四合一，會以辦公室、電腦資訊、人事整合為優先，現在正在初步計畫，預計8到9月會有具體方案。

曾銘宗指出，以辦公室、電腦資訊、人事整合為優先；即使辦公室沒有找到，人事整合、電腦資訊等還是可以進行統整。

曾銘宗強調，四合一有助降低交易成本，進一步回饋給投資大眾；規模壯大之後，可提高台灣交易機構在國際資本市場的能見度。

另外，曾銘宗表示，證交所將在8月推出「高薪100指數成分股」。曾銘宗說，過去每年約有3成到4成的上市櫃公司會幫員工調薪，有高薪100指數成分股，將有助於企業替員工調薪，獲利回饋給員工。1030726
