億萬富豪投資人Carl Icahn以及東南資產管理(Southeastern Asset Management)周五(12日)向戴爾電腦(Dell Inc.)(DELL-US)提出1項修正後的新收購提案。

在此新計畫底下，戴爾電腦將以每股14美元價格加上權證買下11億股的戴爾股票。

Icahn和東南資產管理並指出，此提案總價值粗估在每股15.50-18美元之間。

東南資產管理為戴爾電腦最大的獨立股東。
