麵匠日式拉麵 地址:台中市北區五權路498-3號 營業時間：上午11：30～14：30 下午17：00～20：30(週二休) 聯絡電話:04 2206 1037 用餐時間:2013/06 網誌好讀版:http://goo.gl/JFpv9 有一天朋友問我要不要去吃拉麵 我想說好阿!超久沒吃拉麵了 朋友介紹的這家麵店老闆，之前好像生病 所以不要催老闆喔~ 店內沒有很大，大概只能坐個20多人吧 玉子燒沒了(殘念) 所以就換成蒜泥白肉 蒜香豚骨叉燒拉麵 湯的蒜味很濃郁，麵也吸足了湯汁，整個味道很香 韓式泡菜叉燒拉麵 這是我點的泡菜拉麵，湯頭是味增(我不喜歡味增) 泡菜不像是一般那種辣辣酸味的，與我想像中的有差 麵條的口感有點像是吃黃湯麵 肉片約2.3片，薄薄的 麵匠豚骨大盛拉麵 麵超大碗的，喝了一口湯，覺得味道還不錯 不會像蒜香那種太濃郁，但也不會太清淡，我下次來的話會想點這吃 泡菜豬肉捲餅 酸酸的醬汁搭上豬肉片、小黃瓜、泡菜，超好吃的 而且餅皮的蔥香味還蠻夠的 蒜泥白肉 蒜香很夠，肉有點像炒豬肉偏乾，配上嫩薑絲吃還蠻搭的 蜜汁軟排 吃了整個就是想到 你卡骨 你卡骨 你卡骨有這嫩Q謀 超好吃的這道，又軟嫩又香，有一點鐵板牛柳的fu，而且甜甜的 感覺小菜有點把拉麵的鋒頭搶走了 餐點:★★★★☆ 服務:★★★★☆ 環境:★★★★☆ CP值:★★★☆☆ 回訪率:★★★★☆ 總體給分:★★★★☆☆ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.41.100.125
