★店　　名：陳記真正紅燒土魠魚羹 ★地　　址：台南市中西區民族路2段46號 ★電　　話：06-228-3453 網誌圖文版 http://www.wretch.cc/blog/clairegarden/20279366 話說自稱台南老手的我 一直很想去開發台南其他的好吃土魠魚羹 之前去吃電視有報導的開元紅燒土魠 不過吃完後還是覺得真正比較好吃又便宜呢 我們到達台南火車站後就拖著行李直奔真正紅燒啦 炸好的土魠魚塊像小山一樣堆疊起來 看起來好誘人啊 沒有等太久土魠魚麵就端上桌了 上面佈滿了高麗菜 不過高麗菜吃起來感覺有種味道@@ 它的湯頭蠻雖然帶點甜味不過算清的沒有很芶芡 麵條用的是油麵 雖是小碗不過份量還是很夠 它家土魠魚塊給的超大方的 每一碗裡面大概有四塊 而且每一塊大約都有6-7cm 吃起來超過癮的 咬下後還可以清楚看到一絲絲的魚肉呢 而且不用怕有魚刺 我吃了很多次都沒有吃到刺喔 第一次吃的朋友吃了很滿意也挺驚豔的 所以我們再回台北之前又跑去吃了一次呢 美食指數**** 氣氛指數** cp值指數***** 再訪指數***** -- 延伸閱讀 開元紅燒土魠 http://www.wretch.cc/blog/clairegarden/20276424 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 163.21.26.253
