聯絡方式：手機0922787676(po文者)或站內信 房屋地點：彰化市金馬路一段五二一巷8號16樓 所在樓層：16F 租金(月)：一個月2250，管理費600/月 押 金：一個月份 坪 數：5坪左右(不含浴室，只有一間) 提供設備：房間內有冷氣機、公用空間有洗衣機、冰箱、瓦斯爐 房屋特色： 1.環境好、空氣新鮮、光線充足。 2.由於處於住宅社區內，管理上相當優秀有調理 3.整個樓層就是四間房間+中間的超大公用空間，我們拿來當作曬衣場。 4.房東就是把整層樓租給一個人， 怎麼管都是我們的事情，所以房租方面我們都請 一位室友幫忙點清。 5.每間房間都有獨立電表和對外窗、附網路。 6.水泥隔間。 7.室友習慣良好，有事情大家用小白板聯絡 附註:由於房租非常便宜，房東除了房子有問題外一率三不管，家具方面也是自己解決， 所以我們從上一任學長手中買下家俱，所以房間內傢俱我搬走時，要租的人可以看看 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 120.107.168.184
