標題[閒聊] 病假扣薪原來是這樣扣的

之前我開刀住院總共請了六天病假 (前一週的星期四、五+後一週的星期一到四) 依據勞基法 病假附上醫生證明是可以給半薪的 今天拿到薪資單看了一下然後打去管理部問才知道這次病假要算八天 就是連六日都要算進去 重點是我們公司是固定周休二日，為什六日也要算進去？ 而且我假卡上面是分開請 也就是先請星期四、五兩天，後面的星期一到星期四這四天是回公司上班時才補請的 這樣合理嗎？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.128.238.226
