魯蛇小弟懇請各位幫忙分析一下哪個好: 目前剛進科技業做輪班工程師，日約37K，夜班約44K，有三節，有分紅1~4個月，工作 一般操，離家近。 台電養成要到外縣市工作應該是住台電宿舍，且薪水約要5年才能到4萬底薪，電廠有 輪班津貼，年終1個月吧，三節被砍光光。請問如過是各位大大該如何抉擇? 台電養成: 前3個月受訓期間(20000元)，第4個月~第12個月(27,404元) 正式僱用後第1年，得調升評價7等1級(目前為月給30,420元) 正式僱用後第2年，得調升評價7等1級(目前為月給33,800元) 正式僱用後第3年，得調升評價8等1級(目前為月給37,180元) 正式僱用後第4年，得調升評價9等1級(目前為月給40,560元) 總共要 5 年 才會到 4 萬 底薪。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.110.113.94
