目前正在減肥的我， 最近早餐固定住在吃「亞瑟漢堡」的低脂餐， 一方面健康，一方面吃完非常清爽，而且會飽。 問題就在，午餐大家有什麼推薦的嗎？希望能兼顧健康與美味的。 能先買起來隔天再吃的也很好。 先說說我的路線，我曾經試著買兩份低脂餐， 但菜色與早餐重覆也不妥，蛋一天吃兩顆，起士培根也都兩倍。 目前喜歡的類型，是類似南昌路上的綠豆薏仁，可惜綠豆薏仁實在太貴， 在我們南部這一碗大概三十元吧。 又或是哪有強力的綜合水果切盤嗎？ 謝謝哦。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.236.116.137
