面試一定會被問到上份工作離職的原因 想請問一下 如果只說薪水沒有達到預期的標準 當初因為對公司有熱情所以決定進去 但後來發現薪水還是現實的考量 而且和主管聊過 主管也知道公司薪資存在的問題 但現階段的調整是有困難的 所以決定離開 請問這樣的理由 面試官會接受嗎? 還是會有負面的影響? 感謝大家!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 113.196.149.68
